Denise began dancing at the age of 6. She has a background in Ballet, Jazz, and Modern dance. She also trained in Tap, African, Flamenco and Ballroom. Once she discovered Salsa, however, she never looked back. Addicted to Salsa from day one, Denise is a true Salsa Junkie.
Paul started his dance career in 1999 when he began training to be a Beginner Level instructor for a franchise-like Ballroom Dance Studio. Discovering that it was more of a sales job than a teaching job, he quit and pursued work at an Independent Studio where he continued his teacher training over the next year. It was during this time that Paul got his first exposure to Salsa Music & Dancing and by the end of the following year he had made a full transition from Ballroom to Salsa. In other words, he got hooked. Now he's just some Junkie.

Good lead and follow is of the utmost importance. Equally important is hearing and interpreting the music. It is the combination of these two that creates amazing dances. Each partner should always place the other first. You are dancing with them, not against them, and the relationship must be symbiotic. One should become an extension of the other.
Our Style
Our Philosophy
The style of Salsa that we dance is always evolving, as we believe it should. It is a blend of Cuban and North American styles with a focus on partner interaction and smooth transition.
